Pike push up 2x10, 9
Band lateral raises 1x12
Band rear raises 1x12
Cable biceps curl 2x10, 10 @ 20.2 kg
Triceps pull down 2x10, 10 @ 25.2 kg
Reverse lunge 3x12, 12, 12 @ 2.5 kg
One-leg curl 3x12, 12, 12 @ 6.9 kg
Full calf raises (pausa de 2" arriba) 2x15, 18
Bent leg raises 2x15, 15

Interesante articulo. Voy a probar las escaleras que comentas. En otros sitios se prometen mejorar entrenandolas con pesos cercanos a 1RM...

Sí claro, usar lastre me parece viable siempre que se tenga la técnica bien pulida.

Tuve que desdoblar el entrenamiento por cuestiones de tiempo.
Me quedó pendiente entrenar espalda, bíceps y piernas.
